"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. When we arrived I could not access my email that had the code for the key lock and the host responded quickly when I called. The apartment was comfortable for the 5 of us. It is clean, quiet and safe. We highly recommend!"

"Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores and close to Metro stops, buses and trains. The air conditioning was great. Service company was very responsive. We had a dishwasher malfunction and flood the kitchen. We cleaned up the water mess and the management company was very responsive. They sent someone the next day (while we were out doing touristy things) to check it out and the following day (while we were out) a new dishwasher was installed!"

"Lack of written instructions on how to use/run the dishwasher, clothes washer and coffee maker. A broom would have been handy. There was a large vacuum but hard to have to manage that. The floors looked clean and we all removed our shoes to try to keep it that way BUT in walking on the floor it was pretty dirty and our socks showed the dirt. A thorough good cleaning of the floors is needed."
